A fifth-generation Coloradan, Emmett was born and raised in Denver. After college, Emmett enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed at various times in Arizona, Texas, and Virginia. After earning an honorable discharge, Emmett returned to Denver and worked for several years as a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist at a local hospital before attending law school.
Emmett proudly earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. While in law school, Emmett volunteered his time to assist low-income Kansans with basic estate planning and elder law issues. After law school, Emmett completed a one-year clerkship with the Hon. Chief Judge Jeffrey Pilkington of Colorado’s First Judicial District. At Campbell, Wagner and Frazier, Emmett focuses his practice on personal injury defense and insurance bad faith.
In his free time, Emmett enjoys reading, rooting for the Broncos and Nuggets, and hiking with his border collie, Levon.
